Bath & Body Products We are pleased that you have found our site and are
interested in our high quality bath and body products.
Did you know that we, Southern Crafter, manufacture nearly 95% of all bath
and body products found on our site? With us being the manufacturer,
that gives us the opportunity to shop all over the world for the highest
quality of ingredients for our products. We don't sell products with a
lot of cheap "fluff", but rather products loaded with an abundance of
skinfully delicious products that keep customers coming back for more.
Southern Crafter is a locally owned family business that has been operating
for over five years, but handcrafting products for over ten. As we are a small company, we can cater better to
the specific needs of your establishment and give you that personal
one-on-one connection that many companies lack.
With this in mind, we DO NOT wholesale in mass quantities, so please
DO NOT contact us for large quotes.

Wholesale Bath & Body Products - 15%
off retail prices shown on our website.
Wholesale for Bath & Body Products we don't Manufacture
- 10% off: African Black Soap, Dead Sea Salt, Botanical Dead Sea Salts and
Dead Sea Black Mineral Mud.
Exclusions: We DO NOT discount bath bombs, sample prices, sale prices, clearance
or closeout prices. Products that are on special for 1 Penny will be
discounted off their retail price. Freebie specials will not be
shipped with wholesale orders.
Additional Pricing Notes:
*Every month we put products on sale. If the sale price is lower than
your discount, you can have the sale price (see above exclusions) if ordering during the time of
sale. If item is "buy one get one free" that is your
discount. Pricing structure can change without notice - please check
this page before placing order.
Shipping Costs: After your order is paid for and packed, we
will weigh the order and you will be billed actual shipping cost PLUS a
$3.00 handling fee which covers our packing materials. Once shipping charges
are paid, your order will ship within 24hrs at which time you will be
emailed your delivery confirmation #. If you have a FEDx #, UPS#, or
DHL#, we would be happy to use those and you can pay for the shipping costs
directly. You will still be billed the $3.00 handling fee, so please let us
know when placing an order if you will be supplying those shipping #'s.
Minimum Order - $150 per order
LOCAL AREA DELIVERY FEE
- For businesses, in the local area, purchasing products at retail prices
and opting out of shipping fees: There will now be a $10 delivery fee
for retail orders falling under $100. It is simply not economical for
us to make deliveries for free on small orders. *You may however, come
by our facility and pick up your order free from shipment or delivery fees.
NOTE: This does not apply to wholesale orders of $150 or more than
will continue to be delivered for free.

We do not wholesale in mass quantities.
We are not a large wholesale company, but rather a family owned business -
so please keep that in mind when ordering.

Shipping time frame for your order is
dependant on how large the order is. Your order could ship that day or
within the next 2 weeks. After placing an order, please call if you
need an estimate for delivery. Otherwise, once order ships - you
will be emailed a delivery confirmation #. Please allow two weeks
lead time if placing a large order although your order could ship earlier.

We try and keep about 70% of our products
consistent at all times, but we do rotate stock, discontinue stock and
add new stock to our product line. This keeps our site fresh and
customers coming back for more.

We do our best to make you aware of
discontinued and out of stock products, but as we are human - sometimes we
fail. Please take it upon yourself to visit our website for updates
or changes.

Private labels are no problem as long as
we can use our basic outlines and make minimal changes. You must
purchase at least 1 label sheet per private label product ordered.
Each sheet is $2.00. Soap labels have 6 labels per sheet whereas bath
puffs have 15. Each product sheet has a different quantity of
labels due to label size. If this is something you are interested
in, please feel free to

Blank Labeling - We can also ship items
complete in containers and soap shrink-wrapped but with no labeling.
Some people prefer to use their own labeling.

Pricing Products - People in the past have
asked us how they should price products. Pricing products comes from
"knowing your customers". If you are targeting to a high-end
clientele, prices would be higher than selling to your average buyer.
So, first determine your client base and go from there. As an
example: Average soap prices are generally $5.50 whereas high-end
would be $8.50 - $12.

I Resister for Wholesale Pricing
To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must
email us:

*** If residing in the
State of Georgia, we must have a copy of your State Resale Certificate in
jpg or gif format.
After you are
approved for wholesale pricing (which can take up to 24hrs), you will
receive an email of acceptance and you can begin ordering.
How Do
I Place a Wholesale Order?
Do NOT order online or you will receive retail pricing. Please call
(706-260-0160) or email us your
name, company name and order. We will then email you an
invoice that will direct you to our checkout system. *We cannot take
credit cards over the phone, checks of any kind, or delayed billing. Your
order will need to be paid up-front by credit card or United States Postal Money
Order.
Once the invoice is
paid/cleared, your order will be processed.
